The Chapel of the Dunes is an amazing place to tour in Port Aransas. And the opportunity to learn to paint this gorgeous chapel at local artist Kaleigh Glover's Paint Party is an opportunity you don't want to miss.
Want to catch a wave, Dude? Try your surfing skills and enter the Lone Star Surf Series Surfing Competition for kids of all age. Even if you don't surf, this will be a great event to watch.
Landslide, Gypsy, Rhiannon, and The Chain are some of my favorite Fleetwood Mac songs. And if they are yours, or you want to hear others, you can "Go Your Own Way" (pun intended) over to see Dreams Texas, a Fleetwood Mac tribute band at the Port Aransas Community Center. Hopefully, I won't be singing so loud that you hear me and not the band, but there are no guarantees!
Of course, there are many opportunities to hear live music in Port A and many of these events are free!
